We do not accept returns for any items once the order has been confirmed and shipped. All sales are final. Please ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase before confirming your order.

2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are only processed in the event that you have received a defective or damaged product. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if there was an error with your order,

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Include your order number, a description of the defect or issue, and pictures of the damaged product (if applicable).

  • We will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

4. Refund Conditions:

  • Only defective or damaged products qualify for a refund.

  • We do not process refunds for customer change of mind, sizing issues, or if the product is in good condition upon arrival.

5. Processing Time:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.
